Spotify has revealed its Nigeria Global Impact List for the first half of 2025, spotlighting the 30 Nigerian songs that had the greatest global reach. Leading the charge: Rema’s “Baby (Is It a Crime)”, topping the list as Nigeria’s most exported song of the year so far, followed closely by Shallipopi’s “Laho” and Davido & Omah Lay’s “With You”
The Global Impact list underscores how partnerships fuel global traction—22 of 30 tracks are collaborations. Davido appears on nine entries, Burna Boy on five, while emerging acts like Chella and Minz also made waves with tracks like “My Darling” and “Number One”.
A notable entrance on the list is gospel star Lawrence Oyor, whose hit song ‘Favour’ enjoyed viral success and is among the biggest Nigerian songs of 2025 so far.
