Lojay Gears Up to Drop “XOXO” on August 22

Nigerian singer-songwriter Lojay has officially announced his upcoming project titled XOXO, set to release on August 22, 2025. The multi-talented artist teased the launch across his social media, dropping a pre-save link and sparking fan speculation over possible tour dates.

Since his emergence in 2016, he has rapidly ascended the Afrobeats ladder. In 2017, he debuted his EP, Midnight Vibes, showcasing his early sound and by 2021 he gained recognition through the Sarz-led EP LV N ATTN, featuring hits like “Tonongo” and “Monalisa.” The latter earned remix attention featuring Chris Brown, climbing to #8 on Billboard’s U.S. Afrobeats chart. 

 XOXO is expected to be a tightly curated, and introspective body of work, a statement that this won’t just be another mixtape, but a cohesive artistic vision reflecting personal growth and global ambition.
