Grammy-winning Nigerian sensation Burna Boy’s highly anticipated eighth studio album, No Sign of Weakness, is making waves ahead of its July 11, 2025 release.
Unveiling the album art and track list across his social channels, the album’s imagery captures Burna in a commanding, self-reflective pose, an emblem of strength and tenacity. The visual aesthetic sets expectations for a deeply personal, defiant, and empowering body of work
Spanning 16 tracks, the project boasts an electrifying lineup of star collaborations and reveals a deep introspective undercurrent. No Sign of Weakness is a sonic tapestry woven from Afrobeats, reggae, hip‑hop, dancehall, and pop. Highlights include:
“TaTaTa” – Featuring Travis Scott, this uptempo Afro‑beat single already out as the fourth single has already charted in Nigeria, the US, New Zealand, and the UK.
“Empty Chairs” – A standout collaboration with rock legend Mick Jagger, blending iconic vocal power with Burna’s rhythmic swagger.
“Pardon” – Co‑created with Belgian pop auteur Stromae (Rwandan heritage), this track embodies the album’s global outreach.
“Change Your Mind” – Featuring American–Nigerian breakout Shaboozey.
Previously released singles: “Bundle by Bundle,” “Update,” and “Sweet Love” also appear, each gaining traction for their narrative strength and stylistic diversity.
Burna Boy recently explained the album’s title reflects his journey through adversity—showing no sign of giving up no matter what life threw at him. Critics note taht another nod in the Best Global Album category seems almost certain.
Following four Grammy nominations and a landmark headline appearance at Stade de France, Burna Boy continues to expand his legacy . On July 11, No Sign of Weakness will launch through Spaceship, Atlantic, and Bad Habit.
In September, he heads back to North America with a 17-date tour, beginning at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado—making history as the first Nigerian artist to headline the iconic venue.
No Sign of Weakness is shaping up as Burna Boy’s most ambitious album yet, a genre-blending mosaic teeming with star-studded collaborations and emotionally resonant themes. With his reputation as the African Giant on an unstoppable ascent, this release feels less like a moment, and more like a movement.
