Rising Nigerian sensation, Ayo Maff  has added fresh fuel to his momentum with “Baddo’s Song,” paying homage the street pop King Olamide.

“Baddo’s Song”  the fifth track from his 13‑song debut studio album, Prince of the Street samples the iconic rapper’s 2013 hit, Yemi My Lover.

Combining Afro-pop rhythms with gritty vocals from Jazzworx and Thukuthela, it amplifies the album’s central theme, reclaiming the streets, celebrating community, and embracing individual growth .

Known for his street-hop flair and soulfully raw storytelling, a trademark since his breakout hit “Dealer” with Fireboy DML, Ayo Maff continues to spotlight life in Bariga with poignant authenticity. His debut album is ambitiously titled Prince of the Street, reinforcing his image as a relatable voice for everyday struggle and ambition

In a chat with Apple Music Africa Now Radio, the 19 year old star shared that his biggest inspiration is meeting fans who tell him how his music has assisted them in navigating a difficult process in their life.

Ayo Maff’s debut album is a chapter in what he describes as his intention to show the world all the colourful ideas in his head.
