African Artist Nominated at the 2025 American Music Awards

African  stars Wizkid, Rema, Asake, Tems  and Tyla have all been nominated for the Favourite Afrobeats Category at the 2025 American Music Awards. These nominations not only celebrate the individual achievements of the artists but also signify the global reach and appeal of Afrobeats music.​

Tyla leads the African artists with the highest nominations at the 2025 AMAs with a total of two nominations, including the favourite female R&B artist category.
